  • The West Texas Community Supervision and Corrections Department (WTCSCD) provides probation and community corrections services to 18 District Courts, 7 County Courts-at-law, 2 County Criminal Courts, the Jail Magistrate Court and 2 County Courts in the region.

  • This region includes El Paso, Culberson and Hudspeth counties (map) - an area of more than 9,400 square miles with an offender population of 15,003 under supervision as of December 2009.

  • The WTCSCD consists of six divisions under the direction of Stephen L. Enders. Mr. Enders was appointed by the El Paso Council of Judges in March 1990.
