  • Introducing the Telephone Lined Care Procedure (TLC): Important changes to the sick call process.

  • The sick call clinic is changing to a telephone linked care process to better serve our veterans needs. Sick Call will change to an appointment basis ONLY. Follow these simple steps:

  • Step 1
  • Call (915) 564-7800 and choose the TLC call appointment option.
  •  
  • Step 2
  • You will speak to a Registered Nurse (RN) about your health care needs.
  •  
  • Step 3
  • The RN will schedule an appointment based on your health care needs.
  •  
  • For Emergency Services Call 911
  • The El Paso VA HCS has NO Emergency Services.
