Important changes to the sick call process.

- The sick call clinic is changing to a telephone linked care process to better serve our veterans needs. Sick Call will change to an appointment basis ONLY. Follow these simple steps:

- Step 1
- Call (915) 564-7800 and choose the TLC call appointment option.

- Step 2
- You will speak to a Registered Nurse (RN) about your health care needs.

- Step 3
- The RN will schedule an appointment based on your health care needs.

- For Emergency Services Call 911
- The El Paso VA HCS has NO Emergency Services.
