El Paso County Elections Department will be using Touch Screen Voting equipment for all entities for both Early Voting and Election Day. The voter is given a “SMART CARD” that has the voter’s precinct number which will bring up the correct ballot style and correct candidate names for that individual precinct and entity. This means that every entity that we contract with will be programmed into the system and any voter will be able to vote at any location during Early Voting.
