“EL PASO POLICE MOST WANTED” CAPTURED IN FAR EAST EL PASO

EL PASO, TX- On 08-24-11, Wednesday morning, at approximately 12:00 am Sheriff Deputies received a tip in reference to a subject recently featured in the El Paso Times as one of Crime Stoppers “El Paso Police Most Wanted”. The subject featured was 50 year old Albert Sanchez wanted for criminal warrants; Sex Offender Duty to Register (10-yrs.) and for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Fam/Violence. Sheriff Deputies acted on the tip that the subject was seen driving up into the carport of a residence located at the 400 block of NE “G” St. in Fabens, TX. Additional Sheriff’s units, Texas Department of Public Safety and U.S. Border Patrol units assisted Sheriff Deputies in surrounding the residence. An additional tip then lead Officers to the 400 block of NE “H” Ave. where Fugitive/Sanchez had fled on foot to a nearby yard. Fugitive Sanchez was captured and taken into custody. He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility by the Sheriff’s Office without further incident. |  |
