MHMTMEL PASO, TEXAS- After being profiled as this week’s MANHUNT MONDAY fugitive 04-11-11 (see here…) – JESUS MEZA JR. (28) was captured  yesterday evening (04/11) after the Sheriff Office Gang Unit received information on the whereabouts of JESUS MEZA JR. Deputies set up surveillance in the area of  the 1000 block of Fargrove St in  Fabens, TX. MEZA JR. was spotted getting into a White Acura & then driving off. Gang Unit Deputies followed MEZA JR. to the 300 block of  S.E. River Fabens, TX where he was taken into custody without incident. During his arrest, JESUS MEZA JR. was also found to be in possession of approximately 1.88 oz of Marijuana. He was booked on additional charges of POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA U/2oz. While in custody, MEZA JR. told Deputies friends & family had been calling him all day telling him he was on MANHUNT MONDAY & that he knew he couldn’t go out anywhere. MEZA JR. has also been identified as a confirmed Barrio Fabens Gang member.

MEZA JR’s. arrest marks the 75th MANHUNT MONDAY capture out of 121 Fugitives profiled.
