EL PASO, TEXAS- After being profiled as last week’s MANHUNT MONDAY fugitive 03-28-11 (see here…) – FELIX ALBERTO CRUZ (27) surrendered to Deputies at the El Paso County Detention Facility. CRUZ was wanted for violently assaulting ex-girlfriend & had begun to torment & call the Victim about the case filed against him.
CRUZ’ arrest marks the 74th MANHUNT MONDAY capture out of 120 Fugitives profiled.
