gbadgepatch_0046BFAE_3E10BFE1 El Paso, Texas- This week’s MANHUNT MONDAY Most Wanted Fugitive is an individual wanted for assaulting a 9 month pregnant woman during a family dispute. The target is identified as FERNANDO OCHOA (30) of El Paso, TX.

DECEMBER 2009: On Friday December 11, 2009, EPPD Officers were called to a residence in the 8000 block of Stanford in reference to a family assault in progress.Officers arrived and met with a woman / Victim who was crying. Investigation revealed the Victim & her common-law husband FERNANDO OCHOA were arguing over family issues & as the Victim tried to leave the residence OCHOA grabbed her by the jacket pulling her back knocking her to the floor. OCHOA then struck the Victim in back of the head. The Victim then called 911. OCHOA was arrested by EPPD Officers the night of the incident but bonded out in February 2010.

OCHOA has since failed to show for court & the 171st District Court has issued an arrest warrant for the apprehension of FERNANDO OCHOA for the offense of ASSAULT CAUSING BODILY INJURY (FAMILY VIOLENCE) under a $100,000 bond.

OCHOA is a confirmed Barrio Azteca Gang Member and is known to have numerous contacts in the El Paso, Texas area. He is believed to remain in the Borderland hiding with friends & relatives.
