INCIDENT No. 1
EL PASO, TX- Late Saturday night 08-07-10 at 11:20 PM, Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the intersection of Park & Second St. in Canutillo, TX in reference to a subject disturbing. A Sheriff’s Deputy arrived to the area where residents advised male subject was walking down the street offering to sell drugs. A Sheriff’s Deputy searched the area and spotted the subject walking down the street. The subject observed the Deputy approaching and fled on foot. The Deputy gave chase and caught the subject, at which time the subject became combative. At that point, a Sheriff’s Deputy deployed his taser gun & tasered the subject who continued to resist until the Deputy was able to control the combative subject.
The subject was identified as HECTOR RAMIREZ (22) of Canutillo, TX. He was arrested & booked on charges of EVADING ARREST / DETENTION.

INCIDENT No. 2
EL PASO, TX- Early Sunday morning 08-08-2010 at 2:15 am, Sheriff’s Deputies working off-duty security at Nova Luna night club located at 2270 Joe Battle in El Paso, Texas were flagged down by nightclub bouncers that a group of individuals were trying to walk out of the club with liquor bottles. Deputies spotted the group outside of the club as they were becoming aggressive with nightclub security staff. Deputies attempted to assist the club staff when one of the subjects took a swing at a Sheriff’s Deputy. Deputies attempted to gain control of the combative subject as he continued to throw punches & began kicking the Deputies. A Sheriff’s Deputy deployed his taser gun & tasered the subject who continued to resist. Deputies were finally able to control the combative subject & place him under arrest.
The subject was identified as ENRIQUE ABIMAEL GARCIA-GONZALEZ(22) of the 4000 block of Maruen El Paso, TX. He was arrested & booked on charges of ASSAULT ON A PUBLIC SERVANT.
