REMINDER: SHERIFF’S TOWN COMES TO AN END THIS WEEK – AUGUST 2-5, 2010

El Paso, Texas- Since June 21, 2010 -  the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office  has hosted ”SHERIFF’S TOWN”. An educational safety course that runs Monday-Thursday 9am-11am. The final week for Sheriff’s Town will be this week August 2nd thru 5th, 2010 at Sheriff’s Office Headquarters - 3850 Justice El Paso, TX 79938. Registration is only $5 per child.

Great summer fun for your child!

”SHERIFF’S TOWN” focuses on kids 4 to 7 years of age where;

• McGruff “The Crime Dog” will be educating children on “Stranger Danger”
• Red E. Fox will be giving lessons on the importance of 9-1-1
• Eddie Eagle will be teaching children about “Gun Safety”
• Kids will also learn about traffic, fire safety, bicycles, & pedestrians
