EL PASO COUNTY, TX- On Friday afternoon 06-25-2010 at approximately 4:40 PM, Deputies with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Strike Team observed a male subject littering while riding a bicycle through the parking lot of a car wash located in the 100 block of N. Fabens at which time he disposed of a white bottle/trash. Deputies detained the male subject and picked up the white plastic bottle that was thrown on the ground. After examining the contents inside the bottle, Deputies discovered several clusters of a white substance. The substance was tested and resulted positive for cocaine. The total gross weight of the cocaine clusters was over 64 grams. The male subject was then placed under arrest for Possession of Controlled Substance / Penalty Group 1 / Over 4 grams under 100 grams with a $30,000 Bond.
