- The following protocols are effective Friday March 18, 2011.
- The 388th will no longer schedule uncontested hearings outside of the Walk–in uncontested dates.
- • No uncontested hearing request is required to appear on the walk–in uncontested docket.
- • Attorneys and Pro Se litigants must sign in with the 388th Court Clerk.
- • Remain in the lobby until the Bailiff calls your case.
- • If you are not present or ready when your case is called, the next case will be heard.
You will be required to sign in again with the Court Clerk. - • Proposed decrees must be submitted at the time of appearance.
- • Proposed Final Decrees with children must be accompanied by Orders Withholding Child Support.
- •Proposed agreed decrees with attached jurisdictional affidavits may be presented by submission in cases involving marital property without children.
